The Head of Brand Marketing will lead, create, and implement brand campaign strategies for global markets, working closely with SEGA West Publishing and Japan Asia Publishing teams. Responsibilities include defining marketing goals, KPIs, and activation with SEGA publishing teams, supporting publishing teams with branded assets, and maintaining a 5-year brand strategy. This role involves leading the Brand organization, defining marketing strategies, and contributing to product and IP growth roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in brand roles within the gaming or entertainment industry, with excellent project management, communication, and relationship management skills.
