The Manager, Influencer Marketing will develop and execute innovative influencer strategies for a globally recognized hospitality company.  Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with influencers, designing and executing high-impact campaigns, managing agency partnerships and budgets, producing performance reports, and identifying new content opportunities.  The role requires strong campaign management skills, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a proven track record of success in influencer marketing.  This is a 6+ month W2 contract role offering $46-$51 per hour, located remotely with a preferred base in McLean, VA.  The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in digital or social media with a focus on influencer or talent management.

This is a 6+ month W2 contract role offering $46 - $51 per hour.

As the Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will develop and execute innovative influencer strategies, build lasting relationships with influencers and stakeholders, and drive impactful results across digital channels.
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Influencer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key talent across emerging and established verticals to create a diverse roster of influencers.
</li><li>Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (influencers, creators, agencies) to design and execute high-impact influencer campaigns that generate social buzz and engagement.
</li><li>Program Execution: Lead all aspects of influencer program sourcing, development, and execution while ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives.
</li><li>Agency and Tool Management: Oversee influencer agency partnerships, manage budgets, review content, and produce detailed reports on campaign performance.
</li><li>Content Strategy: Identify and evaluate new social content opportunities with top influencer partners to continuously evolve the brand’s presence.
</li><li>Logistics Coordination: Handle the logistical needs of influencer programs, including travel coordination, accommodation bookings, and payment processing.
</li><li>Education and Training: Educate internal teams on best practices for influencer marketing and create playbooks and toolkits to optimize campaign performance.

<li>4-6 years of professional experience in digital or social media, with a focus on influencer or talent management.
</li><li>Proven track record of managing influencer programs, including direct collaboration with creators, agencies, and other stakeholders.
</li><li>Strong campaign management skills, including execution, analysis, and performance reporting.
</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.

<li>Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
</li><li>Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch) and social analytics platforms.

 The work consists of systems activities, integration activities and test relating to avionics systems and/or equipment for a sixth generation aircraft. Main responsibilities: <ul><li>Process Activities Application of the processes described in the appropriate documentation program at system and subsystem/avionics equipment level, including management of Problem Reports and management of product configuration aspects.</li><li>Technology Demonstration Activities (definition and design) Study, definition and design of a Technology Demonstrator in terms of capturing customer requirements, development of models/algorithms, creation and performance evaluation of a product belonging to the “Safety Critical” domain with Distributed Architecture. </li></ul>
Technical Skills: <ul><li>Knowledge of the following Standards: ARP4761, ARP4754A, DO254, DO178</li><li>Knowledge of Problem Report and Configuration management in the avionics field.</li><li>Ability to use Mathworks Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow and/or Dassault Cameo; </li></ul>
Education: Degree in Electronic or Aerospace Engineer. Completes profile excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken), teamwork.
