Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant at UMG's Central Accounting Services (CAS) will support the general accounting close cycle and corporate reporting.  Responsibilities include preparing and producing accrual journal entries, management financial packages (reports, balance sheet reconciliations, analytics), reconciling intercompany accounts and subledgers (Fixed Assets, AR), analyzing overhead, and supporting special projects and process improvements.  The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.  The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of general ledger or corporate reporting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), and proficiency in SAP or similar systems.
