Ai Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Vahan, you will design, develop, and maintain AI systems and applications for their recruitment marketplace.  Responsibilities include researching and implementing state-of-the-art AI algorithms and models, creating proof-of-concept models, writing technical specifications, and documenting AI systems.  You will conduct thorough testing, debug issues, optimize and monitor performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and propose innovative AI solutions.  Deployment and ensuring scalability of AI solutions in production environments are also key aspects of this role.  The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with experience adapting open-source models for specific use cases.

AI solutions. You Will Thrive In This Role If You <ul><li>Have 2+ years of experience in AI projects, with proficiency in Python and frameworks </li></ul>
like PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain <ul><li>Possess expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and </li></ul>
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including experience with adapting open-source models for specific use cases <ul><li>Are skilled in developing machine learning algorithms and classification systems; </li></ul>
