Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes; -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; -Maintain and optimize existing Power Automate solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; -Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Automate; -Document processes and create training materials for end-users; -Work closely with other members of the Power Platform team to ensure integration and interoperability of solutions; -Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Power Automate and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. Required Qualifications/ Certifications: -Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200); -Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400); -Proven experience with Power Platform projects, especially those with user bases exceeding 500 users; -Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse; -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365; -Knowledge of API integrations and custom connectors; -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team; -Excellent communication and documentation skills; -English: B2 and higher. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs, designing intuitive user interfaces, and optimizing the overall user experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation within our engineering team. An Ideal Candidate Will Have <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline.</li><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.</li><li>Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting user research, and designing user interfaces.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, usability standards, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.</li><li>Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. </li></ul>
