Lead Data Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to act as both a technical authority and a strategic partner to our Head of Data and cross functionally across the business. This role is central to the health, performance, and future direction of our data platform. You’ll drive proactive optimization, ensuring our data stack is scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable. You’ll lead architectural decisions, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor senior engineers to deliver at the highest standard.

This role is central to the health, performance, and future direction of our data platform.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">Instead of firefighting, you’ll drive proactive optimization, ensuring our data stack is scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable.
