As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners.  You will be responsible for managing logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

<li>Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

</li><li>Experience leading project management calls with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 Role x You: The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is responsible for leading the creative work that is produced on two or three accounts, depending on the account size. This managerial role includes assigning teams, inspiring those teams to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work, and working closely with account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own, build, organize, execute, and present creative proposals from start to finish</li><li>Turn a basic, bland client brief into earned media ideas, always keeping newsworthiness and earned media at the heart of your ideas</li><li>Challenge yourself and your partner/team to think of brand behaviors rather than going straight to advertising communications ideas</li><li>Think about creative brilliance at the start of every project, working with other departments while protecting the integrity of the work until the end</li><li>Work on a number of projects simultaneously, making sure none of them backslide over the course of creative development</li><li>Push yourself, your team, or the teams you’re overseeing to come up with lots and lots of ideas, knowing that most of them will either miss the mark strategically, creatively, or feasibly. From this process, beautiful gems can be unearthed.</li><li>When overseeing more junior creatives, hone your curation skills to identify and bring forward only the strongest ideas</li><li>Develop creative presentations, run pitches (with exec support), be magnificent in front of clients, handle shoots, all the usual stuff</li><li>Be a sounding board and supportive creative leader for the juniors in the agency </li><li>Make sure you are aware of the work out there in the industry right now. Not just the bad stuff, but the ‘good’ stuff too.</li><li>Work as part of our global team of creatives where required.</li><li>Work on growth initiatives from time to time to handle creds meetings, client engagement opportunities. </li></ul>
You have these: <ul><li>8+ years’ agency experience </li><li>Degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts) or related field preferred or relevant experience </li><li>A proven track record of creative ability and judgement, successful selling ideas to clients</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual and conceptual)</li><li>Demonstrated history of delivering culture led work </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent client service and presentation skills</li><li>Self-motivation and a positive interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, colleagues and clients </li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; must be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign </li></ul>
