The position requires 6+ years of engineering leadership experience, 5+ years as a software developer, and proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the Bay Area office.

For Pay Transparency: The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is $232,950-$320,307&nbsp;annually. This is a portion of the pay band for the role and level we are seeking. The final offer amount will depend on experience, education and skills. Base pay is only one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
