Sales Representative

As a Regional Sales Representative at WIN Reality, you will be building relationships with travel organization owners and key decision-makers in the baseball and softball industries. Your responsibilities will include driving adoption and retention of the WIN Reality platform, exceeding sales targets, and providing ongoing support. You will manage a portfolio of organizations, lead strategic planning, and utilize CRM tools. The role also requires a strong understanding of sports training equipment and software.  This role also involves travel to meet with partners and attend events.

We provide personalized onboarding to organizations and coaches, ensuring they maximize our training platform's potential and drive high adoption across their organization. Beyond onboarding, we foster long-term relationships, offering ongoing support and guidance. With WIN Reality, coaches have the tools to cultivate success on and off the field, creating a winning culture that lasts.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Role Responsibilities:</span></p><p><br></p><ul>       <li>Responsible for building strong relationships with travel organization owners and key decision makers, driving adoption and retention throughout baseball and softball programs</li><li>Achieve/exceed sales result expectations, develop customer relationships, and increase adoption</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of travel baseball and softball organizations</li><li>Lead and implement overall strategy, driving the planning process. Own both internal and account stakeholder management, alignment, and communication</li><li>Manage opportunities in the sales funnel using CRM&nbsp;</li><li>Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the instruction equipment and associated software</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p><br></p><ul>        <li>Team experience - Experience playing sports at a high level (especially baseball and softball)</li><li>Experience in an account executive or similar role is considered a plus but not required</li><li>Passionate about the game and setting up coaches and players with the tools necessary to succeed</li><li>Requires travel across assigned territory to meet with partners, showcases, conventions, etc.</li><li>Creative and proactive; can think outside the box and find new ways to drive growth/improvement</li><li>Ability to think from the perspective of our stakeholders (players, parents, coaches, etc)</li><li>Requires a background check upon offer</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Your total compensation is a combination of your base salary and earned commissions from achieving goals.</span></p><p><br></p><p><em>We are actively prioritizing candidates based in, but not limited to, the following key markets: Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego, and St. Louis.</em></p>
