At Wooga, we create joyful story-driven casual games. We are seeking an analytical, creative, and enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Performance Marketing Manager. This role involves managing a significant marketing budget across various platforms (iOS, Android, Amazon), developing and executing performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and supporting internal analysis by producing regular reports for executive management. You will work closely with data scientists and analysts to experiment, test, and analyze campaigns, using data-driven insights to enhance performance.

In this role, you will manage a marketing budget for our games and partner with the Lead Performance Marketing Manager to implement a strategy. This role will involve spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per month across multiple platforms - iOS, Android, Amazon, etc - in pursuit of Wooga’s marketing goals. In addition to managing campaigns, you will also support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports for executive management and for the marketing team’s use.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">About the role:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop and execute Performance Marketing strategy for our games</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage campaigns across a variety of gaming platforms and partners and optimize the performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Support in the production of the marketing team’s internal analysis and external reports</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experiment, test and analyze campaigns and creatives in close collaboration with data scientists and data analysts</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting, segmentation and creatives</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Utilize the marketing team’s analytics infrastructure to help the team optimize spends</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">About you:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Relevant work experience, preferably in gaming/mobile marketing</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience managing various networks such as paid social, programmatic, preload and more.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Result-oriented and strongly data-driven.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">It is a plus if you have experience in both user acquisition and retargeting; and if you understand how to use incremental analysis to measure results.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or Similar (SQL, Python are a plus)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">You’re familiar with mobile measurement and attribution topics such as ATT, IDFA, consent mode and SKAN.
