Social Media Strategy Manager

WorldWinner is seeking a Social Media Strategy Manager to develop and implement social media strategies, manage online presence, create content, engage with players, and analyze data to improve online visibility and brand effectiveness. The role involves leading the development of the WorldWinner community across various social platforms, identifying engagement opportunities, planning and executing external messaging, supporting asset releases, experimenting with new content formats, building relationships with fans, engaging in daily conversations, maintaining influencer lists, and reporting on content performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media strategy, content creation, and a passion for gaming and pop culture.

Founded in 1999, WorldWinner develops and operates competitive games of skill with real cash prizes under the WorldWinner consumer brand and in partnership with leading Sports Gaming Entertainment company FanDuel under the FanDuel Faceoff name.&nbsp;

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Strategy Manager to develop and implement social media strategies, manage online presence, create content, engage with players and analyze data to improve online visibility and brand effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success developing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and target audiences, as well as creating engaging content for various social media platforms.&nbsp;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead the development of the WorldWinner’s community across various social platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch and Reddit </li>
<li>Identify opportunities for the brand to engage in wider cultural conversations and engagement trends </li>
<li>Stay plugged into the latest topics and trends on social </li>
<li>Plan, create, and execute the release of external messaging </li>
<li>Support and help generate asset releases, including screenshots, videos and demos </li>
<li>Experiment with new content formats, challenges, and viral mechanics to drive engagement. </li>
<li>Establish relationships with fans, listen to consumers, and engage in conversation through our owned channels on a daily basis </li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date list of influencers in key areas and develop a shortlist of potential influencers in line with key topics to amplify our reach and engagement&nbsp; </li>
<li>Analyze and report on content and program performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization </li>
</ul>
&nbsp;JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>3+ years’ experience in social media - agency (or client-side equivalent) as a Community Manager, Social Strategist, or Copywriter, preferably in gaming or entertainment </li>
<li>Appetite for all things digital and social, up to date on the latest platforms and technologies, as well as a desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement in cultural trends </li>
<li>Video production/publishing, graphic design and/or content creation experience </li>
<li>Have a strong visual eye and understanding of creating photo and video assets </li>
<li>Must be familiar with the gaming space and have an overall passion for pop culture </li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills&nbsp; </li>
