This role requires strong expertise in performance-driven creative production and close collaboration with the User Acquisition team.This is a performance-driven creative role working closely with our User Acquisition (UA) team. You’ll be responsible for concepting, producing, testing, and optimizing marketing video creatives that drive installs and revenue across paid advertising platforms. You’ll combine strong motion design expertise with a deep understanding of performance marketing principles — including hooks, pacing, iteration cycles, and creative optimization.If you thrive in a data-driven environment and enjoy turning performance insights into impactful visual content, this role is for you.This position can be remote or based at our Yas Island offices in Abu Dhabi, UAE.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What You’ll Be Doing</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Design and produce 2D-focused marketing video creatives, including selective 3D content</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Conduct market research and creative competition analysis.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop creative concepts aligned with product positioning and performance objectives</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Prepare and structure creatives for creative testing frameworks, including multiple variants and formats.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Analyze creative performance in collaboration with the UA team and continuously optimize assets.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Maintain close, ongoing collaboration with User Acquisition Managers throughout the creative lifecycle.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What We’re Looking For</h2><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">What you need to have:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing Artist and/or Motion Designer within the mobile gaming industry</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong track record in producing marketing video creatives for mobile games</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A strong and relevant portfolio is required, specifically showcasing performance marketing ad videos</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong expertise in 2D marketing video production;
