This role is for a Senior Level Designer to create fun, reactive, and wondrous game worlds. It involves owning the creation of game worlds and gameplay scenarios from concept to final product, collaborating with directors and leads, and ensuring high player engagement. The Senior Level Designer will also establish best practices, mentor junior designers, and maintain documentation, championing quality and innovation in all aspects of level design.
