As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners.  You will be responsible for managing logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.</p>
<p>As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Serve as the primary liaison</strong> with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li><strong>Manage logistics</strong> for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li><strong>Create high-impact events</strong> that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally</strong> with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li><strong>Communicate regularly with leadership</strong> to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li><strong>Stay informed on partner strategies</strong> and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the <strong>partnership sales team</strong> to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li><strong>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas</strong> and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure <strong>consistency</strong> in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.
