Job Description

This role involves creating visually appealing social media posts and app store assets. Responsibilities include studying design briefs, conceptualizing visuals, creating rough drafts, and producing icons, screenshots, and social media posts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, possess strong graphic design skills (composition, hierarchy, color theory), and have a keen eye for detail. A/B testing setup and mood board creation are also part of the role. The candidate must be able to meet daily deadlines and work collaboratively within a team. Prior ASO art experience is a plus.

Must have:

Good to have:

ASO art experience
Experience with A/B testing

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make the current, and new, store / social posts based on the creative briefs and own creativity.
Study design briefs and determine the requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and create rough drafts to present the ideas.
Create visually stunning icons, screenshots, and social posts that stand out in the App Store and social media.
Resize and translate the design into any required dimension.
Set up A/B tests
Create mood boards for icons
Be open to feedback and amend designs after feedback

SKILLS

Fluency and flexibility in visual communication
Have a strong knowledge about basic principles of Graphic design such as composition, hierarchy, lighting and color theory etc
Proficiency in typography, digital painting and illustration
Proficiency in visual editing tools, like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Passionate about creating awesome designs and have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Ability to meet the daily deadlines without compromising the quality
A great team player attitude with a collaborative mindset
Responsible, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills
Previous experience in ASO art is a big plus.

Experience Required:

3 years or more exp in the relevant field.
