TiMi Studio Group, a Tencent Games team, is seeking an Active Operations specialist for a 3A stylized realistic shooting PC+console game in development for the domestic market. The role involves formulating and executing active operations plans to achieve game activity targets, developing and implementing activity schemes, coordinating resources for timely and high-quality execution, establishing data monitoring systems, analyzing activity effects with user feedback, and optimizing strategies. The specialist will also formulate resource allocation plans based on product data and user insights.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the active operations of this PC+console shooting game in the domestic market, formulating active operations plans based on operational milestones to achieve game activity targets;

2. Output activity plans based on operational plans, coordinating various resources to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of activity plans;

3. Establish an activity data monitoring system, continuously monitor and analyze activity effects in conjunction with user feedback, formulate and implement activity optimization and iteration strategies;

4. Able to formulate reasonable resource allocation plans based on product data and user insights.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in active game operations, having participated in the active operations of at least one FPS/competitive game during its launch phase;

2. Data sensitive, proficient in various operation and data analysis tools, with good review and summary skills;

3. Strong learning ability, strong curiosity about new things, good teamwork and communication skills, ability to identify and promote problem-solving;

4. Passionate about shooting games, with a deep understanding of mainstream shooting/hero shooting games in recent years.
