Accounts Executive

Green Gold Animation is seeking an Accounts Executive, ideally a fresher, to manage financial operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial statements like balance sheets and income statements, and managing the general ledger. The role also involves compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data, maintaining various books of accounts, and performing general cost accounting duties. The executive will ensure accurate payment verification and account charging.

Must Have

• Maintenance of Accounts payables and Accounts receivables
• Preparation of periodic balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements
• Maintenance of the general ledger
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Maintenance of various books of accounts and subsidiary ledgers
• Performing general cost accounting duties
• Verifying payment of invoices and ensuring appropriate account charging

Looking for Freshers

• Maintenance of Accounts payables and Accounts receivables
• Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Maintains the general ledger.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Maintenance of various books of accounts, general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers like purchase, sales and assets etc.
• Performs general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. Performs other related duties as assigned.
