Your responsibilities include reviewing and posting paperless incoming invoices, creating payments for domestic and international subsidiaries, and continuously monitoring accounts payable. You will also process travel expenses using SAP Concur and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in accounting and strong understanding of commercial processes

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and posting paperless incoming invoices
• You create payments for our domestic and international subsidiaries
• Ongoing accounts payable monitoring and related clarification of open items are in your hands
• You process travel expenses using SAP Concur
• In addition, you support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings for our domestic and international subsidiaries
• You actively collaborate with internal departments worldwide

What we need to see from you

Knowledge and Skills

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• (First) professional experience in accounting and a strong understanding of commercial processes characterize you
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ideally, you bring initial experience in process optimization, dealing with larger data volumes, and a fundamental affinity for modern technologies (e.g., AI-powered tools)
• You are a team player with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
