Job Summary
The Administrative Intern will assist with daily office affairs, including document management, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies. Key responsibilities include supporting meeting organization, client reception, and basic financial reconciliation. The role also involves participating in employee activities and completing other administrative support tasks as assigned. Candidates should be current university students or recent graduates with proficiency in Office software, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Must Have
- Assist with daily office affairs (document organization, archiving, office supplies procurement and management)
- Support meeting organization and coordination (room booking, equipment setup, minute taking)
- Receive visiting clients and maintain a tidy office environment
- Assist with administrative invoices and expense reimbursements
- Participate in employee activities and corporate culture building
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT)

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
1. Assist with daily office affairs, including document organization, data archiving, procurement and management of office supplies, etc.
2. Support meeting organization and coordination, including meeting room booking, equipment debugging, meeting minutes and summary organization.
3. Receive visiting clients and maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
4. Assist with basic financial reconciliation work such as administrative related invoices and expense reimbursements.
5. Participate in supporting employee activities and corporate culture building.
6. Complete other administrative support tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1. Current university students or recent graduates, no major limit.
2. Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
3. Possess good communication skills and service awareness, patient, meticulous, and organized in work.
4. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with strong learning ability and sense of responsibility.
5. Must be able to intern long-term.
