Job Summary
People Can Fly, a leading independent AAA game development studio with over 20 years of experience, is seeking an AP Accountant for their Finance Department in Warsaw. The role involves managing document flow, entering payments, monitoring vendor due dates, reconciling credit card spending, and assisting with cost invoice bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of accounting experience, be proficient in Excel, and possess good English and Polish language skills. This full-time, on-site/hybrid position offers a chance to work in a creative, global environment.
Must Have
- Taking care of proper flow of documents (mainly invoices) in accounting department
- Entering payments into the banking system
- Monitoring due date of payments to vendors
- Reconciliation credit cards spendings with costs invoices
- Assistance in cost invoices bookkeeping, under supervision of the Chief Accountant
- At least middle advanced in Excel
- Good English and Polish skills (B2 level)
Good to Have
- Experience in operating accounting software (preferably ERP Optima)

Qualifications
- 1-2 year experience in an accounting - related position (preferably in an accounting office)
- Experience in operating accounting software (preferably ERP Optima) as an advantage
- At least middle advanced in Excel
- Good English and Polish skills (B2 level)
- Well-organized
- Commitment to work, proactivity, and readiness to cooperate within the team
