AR Accounting / Impiegato Contabilità Clienti

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

The AR Accountant will be included the central multi- lingual shared services accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries. The role requires flexibility and capacity of relationship with different departments, such as Sales in multiple countries.

The candidate will be mainly responsible for customer invoicing and will take care, among other activities, of:

-          Global Invoicing    

-          I/co rebilling for Keywords subsidiaries

-          Credit collection

-          Monthly close process and month end reconciliations

This is an urgent postion (La ricerca ha carattere d'urgenza')

Technical Skills

-          Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics

-          At least 5 years of proven working experience in similar role

-          Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills

-          Fluent in English (C1/C2)

Plus

-          Knowledge of Netsuite, Coretime and Salesforce

-          SOX – internal audit rules
