Job Summary
The Art Business Manager will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of diverse art resources for marketing, including graphics, videos, and CG films, across the entire production pipeline. This role involves establishing cost reduction strategies, optimizing costs through negotiation, and building a global supplier network with performance evaluation. The manager will also maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure stable resource supply for cross-border projects.
Must Have
- Coordinate procurement of marketing art resources (graphics, TVCs, videos, CG films).
- Experience in cross-border project procurement.
- Establish cost baselines and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Build and manage a global supplier resource pool.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of marketing procurement experience in game/internet/advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing creative production processes.
- Professional supplier evaluation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Fluent English for cross-border communication and negotiation.

1. Coordinate the procurement of all categories of art resources, including marketing graphics, TVCs, live-action videos, and CG promotional films, covering the entire production pipeline from creative concepts to social media materials, with experience in cross-border project procurement.
2. Establish cost baselines and cost reduction strategies, achieve cost optimization through negotiation and solution optimization, and build a procurement ROI evaluation system to quantify value.
3. Build a global supplier resource pool, establish a tiered management and performance evaluation system, and maintain good relationships with high-quality suppliers to ensure stable supply.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of marketing procurement experience in the game/internet/advertising industry; experience in a major game company is preferred.
2. Familiar with the entire process of marketing creative production, possessing professional supplier evaluation and negotiation skills; experience in procuring technical art pipelines such as CG/motion capture/engine animation is preferred.
3. Excellent project management skills, capable of simultaneously advancing multiple complex projects; experience in large-scale integrated marketing management is preferred.
4. Fluent in English, able to conduct cross-border communication and negotiation as a working language.
