Must Have

• Spearhead the Art team, ensuring flawless execution of visual content
• Collaborate to define and maintain a consistent visual style
• Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols
• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule
• Mentor and encourage team members to achieve their best work
• Resolve conflicts and inspire change to improve team efficiency
• Optimize artwork for various platforms, following technical constraints
• 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
