Associate/Senior Associate, Regional Live Operations

This role involves performing routine configuration tasks for live events, collaborating with QA and game developers for testing and troubleshooting, and coordinating game client updates. The associate will also track and resolve bugs, automate and enhance configuration tools, and diagnose network issues to ensure a smooth player experience. This is an entry-level position focused on operational efficiency and player satisfaction.

Must Have
