Job Summary
Saxo's Group Internal Audit (GIA) is seeking an IT Audit Manager to conduct risk-based operational audits. This role involves auditing, analyzing, and assessing IT processes across Saxo’s IT architecture, system development, operations, and security. The manager will establish best practice audit programs, identify shortcomings, provide assurance on controls, develop recommendations, and follow up on their implementation to strengthen controls and mitigate risks.
Must Have
- Establish best practice audit programs for validating IT processes and controls
- Carry out audits to identify shortcomings and provide assurance on established controls
- Develop recommendations to strengthen controls and address any residual risks
- Follow up on recommendations and re-assess whether solutions are adequate
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in IT Governance, IT Risk Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Cyber Security, Data Analytics
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP

We are growing our team in Saxo’s Group Internal Audit (“GIA”) and therefore we are looking for more great colleagues to join us!
About the job
GIA in Saxo is responsible for carrying out risk-based operational audits across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the team helps to ensure that Saxo effectively manages and mitigates the risks associated with its business activities.
We are looking for an IT Audit Manager for our team covering IT Audits across Saxo. As an IT Audit Manager within Saxo, your tasks will include auditing, analysing, and assessing IT processes within Saxo’s IT architecture, system development, operations, and security.

Responsibilities
- Establish best practice audit programs for validating IT processes and controls
- Carry out audits to identify shortcomings and provide assurance on established controls
- Develop recommendations to strengthen controls and address any residual risks
- Follow up on recommendations and re-assess whether solutions are adequate

You have knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- IT Governance
- IT Risk Management
- Software Development Life Cycle
- Cyber Security
- Data Analytics
You may already have or are interested in obtaining certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
