Banking Sector | Cyber Security Analyst

At Devoteam, a global leader in Digital Transformation, we are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst for the Banking Sector. This role involves supporting stakeholders with IT risk cards, reviewing risk documentation for quality and compliance, and continuously improving action plan monitoring processes. The analyst will maintain IT risk records, prepare reports for various committees, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster proactive risk management. Key qualifications include a solid understanding of IT operations and controls, strong knowledge of Information Security principles (ISO 27000-series), and experience in implementing IT control frameworks and conducting risk assessments. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are essential.

Must Have

Job Description

• Support stakeholders in completing IT risk cards, ensuring all critical information is captured.
• Review and challenge risk documentation to guarantee quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Design and continuously improve processes for monitoring and tracking action plans, ensuring effective risk mitigation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of IT risks, including key metrics, alerts, and trends, to provide a clear view of organizational exposure.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and summaries for IT risk and control committees at Function, Business Unit, and Regional levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of accountability and proactive risk management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance risk reporting and monitoring, providing recommendations to improve processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT operations and controls.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security principles, including Business Continuity, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (aligned with ISO 27000-series or equivalent standards).
• Experience implementing and managing IT control frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English;
• Proficiency in French (Plus);
