Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Vehicle Paint Prepper in Perth, Australia to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. Responsibilities include preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust; assisting the painter with pre-paint blending; working with the paint team to ensure timely vehicle delivery; filling small dents and scratches; buffing and waxing finished paintwork; and cleaning and maintaining sprayers and power equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a collision/body repair shop, be able to follow directions, work well with others, and handle occasional exposure to various weather conditions. This role requires the ability to lift up to 25kg and involves working with abrasives, solvents, brushes, and other tools.
