Job Description

As a BSP Architect at Luxoft, you will design and architect BSPs for automotive systems, defining BSP architecture and integration strategies. You'll collaborate with hardware and software teams, ensuring seamless integration of BSP components. Responsibilities include defining requirements and specifications, staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing BSP component development and integration, and providing technical leadership. You will also document BSP architecture, design decisions, and best practices. The role requires expertise in BSP development, Qualcomm SoCs, C/C++, RTOS/QNX, and various communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB).

Must have:

BSP architecture design
Qualcomm SoC experience
C/C++
RTOS/QNX
Hardware debugging
Device drivers
API design for HW abstraction

Good to have:

AUTOSAR and ISO 26262 standards
Agile methodology
Automotive cybersecurity
Cloud computing and IoT
MCAL experience
CDD experience

Responsibilities

Design and architect BSPs for automotive systems.

Define BSP architecture and integration strategies.

Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define requirements and specifications.

Ensure seamless integration of BSP components with hardware and software.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall system architecture.

Oversee the development and integration of BSP components.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Document BSP architecture, design decisions, and best practices.

Skills

Must have

Enterprise Architect,

APIs design for HW abstraction,

Qualcomm SoC experience.

C/C++

Embedded systems

RTOS/QNX Software Center

QNX Momentics

I2C, SPI, UART, USB

Bootloaders

Device drivers

Hardware debugging (UART and USB)

BSP development

Interface definition; EA; UML; Togaf;

Microservices; Service oriented;

Nice to have

Knowledge of AUTOSAR and ISO 26262 standards.

Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Experience with automotive cybersecurity principles.

Understanding of cloud computing and IoT in automotive;

MCAL experience, developing and configuring MCAL modules for various uC, debugging and optimizing MCAL performance.

CDD experience.
