Your role with us: 

As our CIO you will lead our technology strategy and be the visionary behind our successful platforms. You will lead our tech teams, drive strategic decisions, and ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and ready for global expansion. You will work closely alongside the leadership team and have a say in our direction as a company. You will also assess current processes, recommend software upgrades, and direct the team on the best technology processes. You will also plan and direct IT-related projects, implement new systems and develop goals and strategies to ensure all departments run smoothly and effectively. What you will do: 

• Assess current processes, recommend software upgrades, and direct the team on the best processes
• Plan and direct IT-related projects, and implement new systems
• Develop goals and strategies to ensure all departments run smoothly and effectively
• Set objectives for all teams
• Guide development teams and provide ongoing support and feedback
• Monitor changes in the industry to discover ways the company can improve and develop
• Supervise the systems and development of the company to ensure optimal performance
• Plan and direct the implementation of new products
• Provide leadership to the teams within the company
• Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance

What you will bring:

• In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes.
• A highly-analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of gambling advantageous.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is advantageous
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies.
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you also have:

• Proven experience as a CIO or senior IT leader, with a strong track record of successful products and platform launches in either Crypto or I-Gaming.
• In-depth understanding of IT systems, with the ability to tailor solutions to the specific needs of online gaming.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring IT teams in a hands-on, practical environment.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a history of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and oversee third-party providers.
• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack & Jira.
