This College Intern position involves supporting the Finance and Business Administration departments. Key responsibilities include processing payroll agreements, generating reconciliation files for payroll accounts, creating and reviewing payment reports in SAP, organizing reconciliation supports, analyzing general ledger accounts, preparing payroll account reconciliations, and processing invoices for payroll stamping services.

Job Description

Required Competencies/Skills:

General Functions:

  • Sending payroll agreements for the recently closed month to the Tax and Cost department.
  • Generation of payroll account reconciliation files for the new month.
  • Generation and rework of payment reports in SAP. This report contains all payments made in Accounts Payable during the month that affect the accounting accounts.
  • Start organizing supports for reconciliations, and initiate the account reconciliation process.
  • Generation and review of GM670 report: This report is the basis for the analysis of all general ledger accounts for the following month.
  • Preparation of reconciliations for payroll accounting accounts.
  • Preparation of process for payment of ATEB invoices, for the payroll stamping service.
