Community Manager with strong communication, MMORPG, and customer engagement skills to manage and grow online gaming communities.

Job Details

YOUR GAME
  • Be a part of our Community Management team 
  • Ensure proper and proactive communication with our community through forum and social media posts, Twitch streams, and YouTube videos
  • Be THE point of contact for our engaged and passionate community
  • Gather, curate and aggregate player feedback to our developers
  • Organize and oversee the moderation of our communication platforms in line with company guidelines
  • Plan and execute in-game events
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase community growth and retention
  • Work closely with QA, Support and Content Management teams to ensure proper and timely communication of issues both internally and externally
  • Manage and expand a team of highly motivated volunteers to help achieve your goals
YOUR TALENT
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, as it is our primary language for internal and community communication
  • Previous experience in Community Management
  • Independence and a strong focus on customer and community engagement
  • Deep knowledge of MMORPGs, especially hardcore sandbox games, with an understanding of their complexity
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptability and enjoyment in working on a variety of tasks – this role offers a wide range of responsibilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and address community issues with empathy and a positive attitude
  • Proactivity and eagerness to take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills are desirable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Communication skills in one or more of the languages we service (DE, FR, PL, RU, PT-BR, ES, ZH, KO) 
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere and/or comparable software
