Job Summary

Gameloft is seeking a Compliance & Corporate Legal Counsel to join its Legal Department in Paris (HQ). This role involves working on business law and compliance matters, both in France and internationally, under the supervision of the Legal and Compliance Director. Key responsibilities include implementing and monitoring the Group's compliance program, managing corporate legal affairs for Group entities, and drafting/negotiating various contracts in French and English.

Must Have

  • Participate in implementing and monitoring the Group's compliance program (anti-corruption, human rights, international sanctions).
  • Develop and update internal policies, risk mapping, and third-party assessments.
  • Ensure active legal monitoring and secure contracts with authorities and partners.
  • Participate in drafting and reviewing contracts (FR/EN) and procedures on integrity and compliance aspects.
  • Contribute to legal awareness and training for operational teams.
  • Support the legal life of Group entities and structuring operations (creation, merger, reorganization).
  • Deploy governance policy and supervise delegations of power.
  • Contribute to simplifying the legal organizational chart and optimizing Group governance.
  • Draft and negotiate various types of contracts, especially supplier contracts, in English and French.

Job Description

CONTEXT

Principal challenge

Within the Legal Department, we are looking for a Compliance & Corporate Legal Counsel to work on business law and compliance topics, in France and internationally, under the supervision of the Legal and Compliance Director.

Day-to-day

Compliance (70%)

  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance program (anti-corruption, human rights, international sanctions).
  • Develop and update internal policies, risk mapping, and third-party assessments.
  • Ensure active legal monitoring and secure contracts in connection with authorities and partners.
  • Participate in the drafting and review of contracts (FR/EN) and procedures on integrity and compliance aspects, while contributing to the awareness and legal training of operational teams.

Corporate Law (30%)

  • Support the legal life of Group entities and structuring operations (creation, merger, reorganization).
  • Deploy the governance policy and supervise delegations of power.
  • Contribute to simplifying the legal organizational chart and optimizing Group governance.
  • Draft and negotiate various types of contracts, particularly supplier contracts, in English and French.
