Job Summary
Diligent is seeking a Corporate Services Associate to join its UK-based team. This client-facing role involves coordinating corporate secretarial and compliance services for international clients across multiple jurisdictions. The associate will build client relationships, monitor statutory deadlines, prepare and file documentation, draft corporate governance documents, and maintain records. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial or services roles with knowledge of UK company law and global compliance.
Must Have
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate corporate secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance
- Prepare, review, and file statutory documentation (annual returns, confirmation statements, Companies House filings)
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, and corporate governance documentation
- Maintain accurate data and document records
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Apply strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial or corporate services roles
- Working knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance principles, and global compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong drafting and documentation capabilities
- Basic understanding of corporate structures and statutory obligations
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Position Overview
As Diligent continues to expand its Corporate Services function, we are excited to welcome a Corporate Services Associate to our UK-based team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a growing, global organisation, supporting a diverse portfolio of international clients and helping them meet their corporate governance and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted partner to your assigned clients, delivering high-quality company secretarial and compliance services while collaborating closely with in-country experts around the world. You will gain exposure to complex corporate structures, global regulatory environments, and high-profile stakeholders — all while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth within Diligent.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, coordinating the delivery of corporate secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through responsive, professional, and high-quality service
- Proactively monitor statutory deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
- Prepare, review, and file statutory documentation, including annual returns, confirmation statements, and filings with Companies House
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate governance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate data and document records within Diligent Entities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Apply strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial or corporate services roles, ideally with international exposure
- Working knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance principles, and global compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong drafting and documentation capabilities
- Basic understanding of corporate structures and statutory obligations
