Token Metrics is seeking a dynamic Senior UI/UX Engineer to lead UI/UX design for digital assets. This role focuses on optimizing user experience for usability and visual appeal, staying current with best practices, and building engaging front-end experiences for web and mobile. Responsibilities include creating visually appealing designs, developing prototypes, conducting user research, and implementing responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while collaborating with various teams.

Must Have:

Create visually appealing and user-centric designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services.
Ensure optimal performance of web pages across different devices and browsers.
Debug and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.

Token Metrics is looking for a dynamic Senior UI/UX Engineer who will be responsible for the UI and UX design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The Senior UI/UX Engineer should have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology and should be able to build visually appealing and engaging front-end experiences optimized for both web and mobile devices, delighting our customers.

Responsibilities:

Design and User Experience:
Create visually appealing and user-centric designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Front-End Development:
Implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services.
Performance and Compatibility:
Ensure optimal performance of web pages across different devices and browsers.

Qualifications

Design Skills:
Proficiency in UX, UI, visual interaction, and graphic design.

Development Skills:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in Node.js and its ecosystem.
Performance Optimization:
Experience in optimizing web pages for performance and speed.
Familiarity with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
Cross-Browser Compatibility:
Ability to ensure designs and code function seamlessly across various browsers and devices.
