Customer Engineer - Darwin

NCR Voyix is a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions for the retail and restaurant industries. This Customer Engineer role in Darwin is essential for transforming retail stores and restaurant systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for PC hardware/software repair and electro-mechanical device maintenance, performing service calls as required. They must work autonomously, communicate excellently, and possess strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in electromechanical equipment.

Must Have

• PC hardware and software repair experience
• Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with electromechanical equipment
• Valid Driver’s license
• Passion for new technology
• Willingness to travel and complete service calls as required
• Ability to work autonomously, professionally, and be an excellent communicator
• Strong customer service skills

Good to Have

• Previous experience with SelfServe Checkout repairs
• NMI Verification Licence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have PC hardware and software repair experience
• Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude an advantage
• Previous experience with SelfServe Checkout repairs is a strong advantage
• NMI Verification Licence advantageous
