Job Description

The Data Analyst will plan, execute, and deeply analyze A/B test results for gameplay and monetization, setting up tracking and remote configuration for game products. Responsibilities include processing, analyzing raw data, and visualizing it as required by departments. The role supports decision-making for monetization flows, such as designing IAP shops, assisting with IAA advertising, and configuring network ads. The analyst will monitor game performance, analyze metrics like retention, funnel, and LTV, and propose operational improvements. Collaboration with other teams to provide data-driven product advice, report results, and share internal insights is also key.

Good To Have:

Basic understanding of Monetization models and game release processes is an advantage
Preference for candidates with knowledge of mobile or casual games
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Looker / AppScript is a plus

Must Have:

Final year student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics-Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields
Ability to work full-time 100% in the office
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar position
Strong foundation in probability-statistics and analytical thinking
Good analytical and planning skills, capable of transforming complex data into practical insights
Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in English communication
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Canva
Meticulous, with good organizational and work management skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team

###### 2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan, execute, and deeply analyze A/B test results (gameplay, MO), set up tracking and remote config for game products.
Process, analyze raw data and visualize it as required by departments.
Based on data, support decision-making to build monetization flows: design IAP shops, assist with IAA advertising, configure network ads.
Monitor game performance, analyze metrics (retention, funnel, LTV...) and propose operational improvements.
