Job Summary

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions for chip and display production. The Demand Project Manager coordinates project activities, manages schedules, prepares reports, and tracks resource progress to ensure on-time and budget performance. This role involves preparing RFQs, coordinating milestone completions, revising Statements of Work, and communicating project objectives and progress to internal customers. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business studies.

Must Have

  • Coordinate project activities

  • Prepare request for quotes (RFQ)
  • Coordinate completion of in-use and Final Sign-off (FSO) milestones
  • Revise non-technical aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Communicate with internal customers to determine progress against project objectives
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business studies

Key Responsibilities

  • Helps to coordinates project activities. Will update matrix for process improvements.
  • Assists in the coordination of project schedule and task details Helps prepare reports and tracking charts,
  • Will track the progress of resources within the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.
  • Prepares request for quotes (RFQ). Coordinates completion of the in-use and Final Sign-off (FSO) milestones with all parties.
  • Revises non-technical aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • May communicate with internal customers to determine progress against project objectives. Under supervision reports progress against stated objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business studies
  • Some project management experiences will be preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactiveness and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to attend meetings across time zones if necessary
