Design Verification Senior Staff Engineer

Marvell is seeking a Design Verification Senior Staff Engineer for its Switch IP group, focusing on advanced networking silicon for data centers and AI infrastructure. This role involves contributing across the development cycle, from building reference models to collaborating with architecture, firmware, and post-silicon teams. The engineer will drive innovation in secure, high-performance computing within the Custom Compute Solutions (CCS) business group, working on technologies like CXL, PCIE, Ethernet, and ARM CPU cores, impacting the security and reliability of next-generation compute architectures.

Must Have

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields from a top-notch university.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog/UVM.
• Proven expertise in Test-bench and Verification environment development.
• Working knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
