Job Summary
The Designer, Production ESPN will join the Multimedia Design team to advise, resolve, and execute any needs related to the creation, manipulation, and adaptation of graphic content for video, supporting key productions before and during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This role involves creating, adapting, and optimizing graphic elements for live, pre-production, and post-production programs, ensuring their correct integration into television and digital production workflows. The designer will also be responsible for animation in 2D, 3D, and virtual environments, and providing creative and technical support to production teams.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in graphic design on Windows and Mac platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems in real-time.
- Collaborative work and effective communication in multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic English level (reading and understanding instructions).
- Availability to rotate shifts during the week and work according to production assignments, 100% on-site in Tlalpan, CDMX.
Good to Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in television production, audiovisual media, and broadcast.
- Knowledge of operational and logistical flow of television production from the control room.
- Basic or advanced handling of professional broadcast equipment (character generators, video switchers) and adaptation of multimedia content to specific transmission formats.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Vizrt Artist.
- Knowledge of non-linear video editing software is a plus.

The Designer, Production ESPN will be responsible for:
Design and production of graphics for broadcast:
- Create, adapt, and optimize graphic elements for live, pre-production, and post-production programs.
- Ensure the correct integration of graphics into television and digital production workflows.
Proficiency in professional tools and software:
- Adobe Photoshop: Photo manipulation, creation, and retouching.
- Adobe Illustrator: Illustration and vector graphic design.
- Adobe After Effects: Creation of motion graphics and special effects.
- Cinema 4D: 3D graphic modeling and animation.
- Vizrt Artist: Development of graphics for live broadcast.
Animation and advanced environments:
- Creation and animation in 2D, 3D, and virtual environments.
- Innovation in processes and techniques to improve visual quality and work efficiency.
Collaboration and technical advice:
- Provide creative support and solutions to producers and technical teams.
- Ensure that graphics comply with ESPN standards and production control needs.
