Job Summary

Join CAE, a global leader in pilot training, for a 5-6 month Digitalization & SharePoint Migration Internship starting February 2026. You will drive digital transformation by centralizing documentation in SharePoint, modernize processes by updating technical instructions, and lead migration projects from legacy drives. Half your time will be spent collaborating with the engineering team maintaining flight simulators, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international aviation environment.

Must Have

  • Students currently living and studying in the Netherlands
  • Pursuing a degree in Aviation, or a related field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Happy to work all 3 shifts (early, late, night) during a 12-week cycle

Good to Have

  • SharePoint knowledge
  • Some knowledge of airline regulatory compliance

We are looking for Intern to join us for 5-6 months starting February 2026.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Digital Transformation: Help centralize and organize key documentation in SharePoint, making information accessible and secure for the whole team.
  • Modernize Processes: Review and update technical work instructions and forms, applying best practices in technical writing to create clear, user-friendly documents.
  • Lead Migration Projects: Support the move from legacy shared drives to SharePoint, ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and well-organized.
  • Collaborate with Engineers: Spend half your time working directly with the engineering team that keeps 20 state-of-the-art flight simulators running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Students currently living and studying in the Netherlands.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Excited to work a mix of shifts and learn from real-world operations. •    Flexible & Exciting Work Environment:
  • Experience shift work in a fast-paced setting. You'll rotate through early, late, and night shifts, gaining insight into the real-world operations that keep aviation running smoothly. There are 3 shifts  - early shift (0630 – 1430), late shift (1430 – 1030) and night shift (1030 – 0630), applicants need to be happy to work all 3 shifts during a 12 week cycle.
  • Bonus: Some knowledge of airline regulatory compliance.
