Job Description
The Director of Program Management at ZAZZ will lead and manage the execution and delivery of multiple mobile app projects. Responsibilities include providing guidance to project managers, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, strategically allocating resources, developing project management protocols, reporting on project progress, ensuring seamless integration of technical, design, and UX elements, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in mobile app development processes (iOS, Android, React Native), web development processes (React.js, Angular), Agile methodologies, workflow tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence), version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). A minimum of 10 years of project management experience and 6+ years focused on mobile app projects is required.
