Job Summary
Silvus is seeking an Electronics Technician I for the production team of Silvus’ StreamCaster line of MIMO radios. This role will work closely with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery as well as provide feedback for continuous improvement of the product. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring afternoon hours, Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in West Los Angeles. Responsibilities include testing electronic assemblies and PCBs, final product assembly and inspection, system and quality control testing, and statistics logging and reporting.
Must Have
- Test sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Perform final assembly and inspection of finished products
- Conduct system testing and quality control testing in production
- Log and report statistics with daily feedback to the team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools
- Competent as a PC user and computer savvy
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident)
- Successful clearance of a background check

Silvus is seeking an Electronics Technician I for the production team of Silvus’ StreamCaster line of MIMO radios. This role will work closely with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery as well as provide feedback for continuous improvement of the product.
This is a full-time position requiring afternoon hours, fully on-site work Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.
The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Final assembly and inspection of finished products.
- System testing and quality control testing in production.
- Statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches).
- Competent as a PC user, and computer savvy.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Enjoys hands-on work; is careful and detail oriented.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Indoor air-conditioned facility.
- Occasional exposure to heat and cold.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Walking/Moving in the labs.
COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
CA Pay Range
$21 - $22 USD
