Job Summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented Finance and Management Control Technician. The selected individual will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing cost information for the Consulting and Software Development areas, ensuring budget control, correct cost allocation, and supplier monitoring, with the aim of contributing to the organization's financial efficiency.

Must Have

  • Provide financial support to the Consulting and Software Development teams.
  • Monitor and control suppliers (place purchase orders, review supplier invoices, analyze discrepancies, and follow up on contract signing).
  • Monthly control of hour allocations.
  • Budget control, updating various files with project costs.
  • Extract cost listings and send to accounting for provision registration.
  • Coordinate license expiry management with departments. Renew licenses if necessary.
  • Prepare management reports.

About the position

We are currently looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented person for the position of Finance and Management Control Technician. The selected person will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing cost information from the Consulting and Software Development areas, ensuring budgetary control, correct cost allocation, and supplier monitoring, with the aim of contributing to the financial efficiency of the organization.

What will you do?

  • Provide financial support to the Consulting and Software Development teams.
  • Monitoring and control of suppliers (place purchase orders, review supplier invoices, analyze discrepancies, and follow up on contract signing).
  • Monthly control of hour allocations.
  • Budget control, updating various files with project costs.
  • Extraction of cost listings and sending to accounting for provision registration.
  • Coordination with the management departments for license expirations. License renewal if necessary.
  • Preparation of management reports.
  • Management of programs such as Navision, Phoenix, Project office, Power BI.

  • Minimum experience of 2–3 years in budgeting and control departments.
  • Accounting and analytical profile.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Communication skills for interaction with different teams.
  • Experience with accounting ERPs will be valued.
