As a Finance Intern, you will support the European FP&A team in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You'll leverage advanced tools and automation to drive efficiency and insight, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges. This role offers hands-on experience in financial planning, data analytics, and digital transformation, contributing to a better, more sustainable future.

Must Have

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the integration and optimization of financial systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen FP&A processes and digital capabilities.
  • Help develop documentation, templates, and guides for financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA for automation).
  • Proficiency in Power Query (data transformation and visualization for dynamic reporting).
  • Proficiency in Tableau (building automated dashboards and integrating with SAP data).
  • Ability to extract and interpret actuals and forecast data from SAP.
  • Expertise in automation (VBA scripting, Tableau automation, Power Query transformations).
  • Experience in system integration (linking SAP data to BI tools and ensuring data consistency).
  • Strong financial acumen (understanding of P&L, gross margin, accruals, forecasting concepts).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Enrolled in a university or academic program for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

As a Finance Intern, you will support our European FP&A team in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You’ll leverage advanced tools and automation to drive efficiency and insight, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, data analytics, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities will include, though not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses using Excel, Power Query, and Tableau.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the integration and optimization of financial systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen our FP&A processes and digital capabilities.
  • Help develop documentation, templates, and guides for financial workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

Soft skills:

  • Relevant experience will be considered a plus.

Hard skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA for automation), Power Query (data transformation and visualization for dynamic reporting), and Tableau (building automated dashboards and integrating with SAP data); SAP (ability to extract and interpret actuals and forecast data).
  • Automation expertise (VBA scripting, Tableau automation, and Power Query transformations), system integration (linking SAP data to BI tools and ensuring data consistency), financial acumen (understanding of P&L, gross margin, accruals, and forecasting concepts).
  • Optional: familiarity with VBA concepts, SQL (querying large datasets from ERP or data warehouse), and prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
