As a Financial Accountant / Accountant, you are an expert in numbers and finance. You will have the chance to use your skills and help shape the growth of a successful company. You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS for our domestic and foreign subsidiaries, determining provisions and accruals, performing IC reconciliation, and creating the group reporting package. You will also be a contact person for internal and external auditors and support process optimization projects.

Must Have

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS for domestic and foreign subsidiaries
• Determine provisions and accruals and perform IC reconciliation
• Create and transmit the group reporting package
• Act as a contact person for internal and external auditors
• Create and maintain inventory records, perform account reconciliations and analyses
• Support process optimization and participate in projects within the Finance department
• Successfully completed commercial training or a business administration degree
• Professional experience in auditing, a tax office, or financial statement preparation
• Strong understanding of commercial processes
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Team player with a process-oriented and structured way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills

Good to Have

• Initial experience in process optimization
• Experience dealing with larger amounts of data
• Basic affinity for modern technologies (e.g., AI-supported tools)

Knowledge and Skills

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a business administration degree
• Professional experience in auditing, a tax office, or financial statement preparation, as well as a strong understanding of commercial processes, characterize you
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ideally, you have initial experience in process optimization, dealing with larger amounts of data, and a basic affinity for modern technologies (e.g., AI-supported tools)
• You are a team player with a process-oriented and structured way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile
