JOB DETAILS

Job Purpose:

As a Live-ops Game Producer at Gameloft, you are responsible for driving the game development team to continuously create new game content (mobile and consoles) to keep on entertaining the players of our live-ops game to continue its market success.

You will also represent the game development team to work closely with stakeholders in game monetization, marketing and other stakeholders concerning the game to efficiently deliver the game live-ops roadmap to keep up player retention, engagement and monetization.

  • Lead the game development team (game design, art, programming, QA, etc.) to continously create new game content (mobile and consoles) to keep on entertaining our game players.
  • Represent the development team to collaborate with stakeholders in game monetization, marketing to contribute to the game live-ops roadmap and eventually implement it.
  • Understand the game, its players, its competitors and its performance to continuously improve the game player experience.
  • Be responsible for the team organization, workflows, planning, project documentation, follow-up and communication to ensure the teams on time delivery.
  • Develop a relevant team culture of responsibility, collaboration, respect, diversity and inclusion, morale and engagement.
  • Responsible for team competencies development to take on the new challenges.
