Guidewire Lead

This role involves leading offshore data conversion for Guidewire Cloud implementations, collaborating with onshore teams to understand legacy systems, data models, and business requirements. The candidate will analyze legacy data, design and implement ETL workflows, develop data mapping and transformation rules for Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, and ensure data quality. Strong experience in ETL and utilizing Guidewire Cloud APIs is essential for this permanent position.

Must Have

• Lead offshore data conversion efforts for Guidewire Cloud implementations
• Collaborate with onshore teams to understand legacy system architecture, data models, and business requirements
• Analyze legacy data and perform profiling to identify gaps and transformation needs for Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• Design and implement ETL workflows and staging databases to support data migration
• Develop and validate data mapping and transformation rules in coordination with business analysts and SMEs
• Strong experience in Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) data from various sources and load into Cloud
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process documentation, and oversee deployment planning
• Coordinate with offshore teams, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of migration components
• Ensure data quality through rigorous profiling, cleansing, and validation processes
• Utilize Guidewire Cloud APIs and services to support seamless data integration
