Description

MGM Slots Live is a unique and innovative social casino game that offers players an immersive real-time 3D environment where they can engage, compete, and socialize with players worldwide, all while being represented by customizable avatars. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of the MGM Slots Live operation, guiding it through its next phase of growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Own the entire operation of MGM Slots Live, including Live Ops, features development, and communication with external teams such as marketing, Playstudios Rewards, customer success, and VIP hosts. 
  • Financial Ownership: Fully own the financial performance, budget, and planning for MGM Slots Live. You will ensure that the game meets its financial goals and aligns with the company’s broader strategy.
  • Team Management: Lead a small but dedicated team, fostering a startup-like culture that thrives on speed, innovation, and collaboration. You’ll be responsible for optimizing team productivity and quality while aligning with the broader company values.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute strategies that translate into effective, actionable tactics. 
  • Management Interaction: Present to and collaborate with the highest levels of management, including the company C-Levesl. You’ll need to communicate the game’s performance, challenges, and opportunities clearly and effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in the gaming industry, with significant experience in Social Casino games. You should be particularly strong in either Live Operations or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-driven, fast learner who thrives in a startup-like environment. You must be comfortable making quick decisions, taking calculated risks, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and management skills. You should be adept at motivating teams and driving them towards shared goals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and tactical planning abilities, with the capability to break down broad strategies into specific, executable plans.
  • Communication: Highly articulate, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for Gaming: A deep passion for mobile gaming, especially in the social casino space, with a keen understanding of what drives player engagement and satisfaction.
