Job Summary

This HR Intern (Recruitment Direction) role at Betong Data Group in Dalian involves comprehensive recruitment support. Key responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, tracking candidate progress, managing vendor relationships, streamlining contract processes, and performing recruitment data analysis. Must Have

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Screening recruitment resumes, conducting phone communications, understanding candidates' basic situations, inviting for interviews, and tracking subsequent results;

2. Liaising with suppliers and streamlining contract processes;

3. Collecting and analyzing recruitment-related data;

4. Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor;

Qualifications

Educational Background and Professional/Occupational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related majors.

Work Experience and Industry Background

1. Proficient in recruitment, with experience in intern & part-time recruitment being a plus;

Ability Requirements (Professional Skills/Language Requirements)

1. Proficient in using Excel for data analysis;

2. Good communication and expression skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to promote recruitment progress.
