Job Description
- Maintain and coordinate Business Managed Networks (BMNs) for IAS-France.
- Manage classified data and lead network migrations according to Thales security policy.
- Anticipate and integrate new solutions on platforms, adhering to Thales security rules.
- Provide technical, audit, consulting, training, and methodological support on information security.
- Define and homogenize technical solutions for the Massy & Rungis to Velizy site relocation.
- Interface with various program lots including Safety, SSI, and IS&IT.
- Coordinate IS/IT deployment projects within IAS-France, including specific system deployments (e.g., Terminaux X, RWIN, Livelink, SPHERE, Windows 11, PALMA V6).
- Lead cross-functional projects and influence key stakeholders in a complex organization.
- Support multidisciplinary teams in transformation projects.

The Ground and Air Systems activity based at the Massy site is a leader in air operations command and control systems and air defense radar systems.
Reporting to the Transverse Operations Manager France, you will join the Operations Department of the IAS domain with the aim of ensuring the role of Information Security and Engineering Platforms Manager.
The position includes three major components:
"Design Authority" for integration platforms within the IAS-France scope:
- Maintain the list of BMNs (Business Managed Networks) for the business line in France (all sites) and associated information (sensitivity, location, accreditation, etc.).
- Ensure coordination & technical support for BMNs (Business Managed Networks).
- Manage classified data for the IAS France domain, including leading the migration of activity to appropriate networks in accordance with Thales' security policy.
- Anticipate the integration and use of new solutions on integration platforms in compliance with Thales' security rules.
- Provide technical, audit, consulting, training, and methodological support to the system, software, and hardware engineering community on information security issues.
"Work Package Manager" for the relocation of Massy & Rungis sites to Velizy:
- Definition of technical solutions to be implemented at the target site Velizy.
- Ensure the homogenization of Velizy technical solutions for the BMNs of different entities.
- Ensure the interface with other program lots (Safety, SSI, Tertiary, Demonstration spaces, IS&IT, etc.).
- Preparation for the relocation.
- Reporting (Project Committee, Steering Committee, Technical Committee).
Coordinate IS/IT deployment projects within IAS-France:
- Share and prioritize the various DSI projects within the IAS Domain.
- Report the needs of IAS-France entities (Sectors, Competence Centers, etc.) to the DSI, and co-develop IS/IT deployment roadmaps for the Domain.
- Coordinate deployments, anticipate, analyze, and resolve impact issues on IAS operational activities.
- Examples include: Deployment of X Terminals, RWIN deployment, Livelink and SPHERE migration, Windows 11 PC deployment, PALMA V6 deployment.
